You're going to have to run 3 separate times, one for each site collection. Alternatively you can use against the root web of the site collection, 3 separate times, with the right switches. A single command would not do this, unless these sites are the only sites contained within a specific web application.
Then you could use and specify that web application as the target. I hope that helps. I See why that's happening - the slashes were replaced with underscores because I was avoiding a malformed file names. I'm going to update the previous script, it will use two variables instead (one for file name, one for site URL).
